PS: it means "post-scriptum". In latin this means: "after the written". You add this when you want to add a information to a letter when you already signed it. But people unaware do it just for fun.
P.S: "Post" always means "after" in scientific words. "Scriptum", as you guessed means "written".

It means post script. It is a way to draw attention to writing done after the main piece of a letter has been closed. It's like an add-on.

PS stands for "Post Script" and is anything that you'd like to say but is not part of the letter itself.

PlayStation

PlayStation I love you. Makes complete sense.

These days it should be changed to PS3 though.
