As a Hindu what do you think the first and second step to solving the world's problems are?

I'm not hindu but i think im almost there. I founda way to SLOWLY reverse global warming through a transportation system that takes no fuel to run and emits close to 0 emissions. But i have the idea i have to see if it will work. Also i think if we strap air filters on all planes the world will be rid of air pollution faster. Think about it, planes fly all over the world. If they had air filters on the outside or on them somewhere it would help reduce air pollution. think about it!
