Juust an apple is good if you havn't been eating breakfast for a long time its a good place to start ceriel fills you up really fast

When I wake up in a staring Marvin mood. I usually heat up some frozen sausage patties. I soak all the grease out of them with a paper towel and eat til I fell satisfied. Works for me.
An apple sounds good to me. Good luck!

Normally, I would l say no. However, today is Thanksgiving and you need to same room for lots of good stuff that you'll be eating today. Eat the apple and then pig out for dinner.

If you want to eat just one apple then do it, but I recommend you eat a bowl of cereal (that has lots of fiber) and some fruit of the side. Oh, and you can't forget 1 glass of orange juice!

little light....you should consume more calorie dense food in the morning....and most of your daily carbs as it giives you the rest of the dayy to burn it off as opposed to having a big supper which just leaves you feeling bloated later on
