All men dont do this because this is done out of religious belief in some religion...
This is not nasty on contrary men without circumcised can prolong his lovemaking..

Of course not! Fewer male babies are now circumcised in the US as it is considered an unnecessary procedure. Circumcision is not a natural thing to do.
