when pressed the caps lock key letter come out simple and when not pressed the letters come out capital! please give me serious answers!

The key may not be lining up properly when re-installed, causing it to bind in the downward position. Try popping the cover back off gently, and re-inserting it. If this does not work, a keyboard replacement is needed. Big Lots has them for under $6.00, and any brand should work, as long as it has the same connector, EG PS2. Hope this helps

Probably your keyboard settings, you may need to change the language or something like that, go to start then control panel, altho if its not there you can go to start>run and type control, press enter and then you have control panel open, open keyboard settings..or mouse and keyboard..check out the settings in there. If not, unplug the keyboard and shut down the PC with the mouse, then plug the keyboard back in and turn the PC on, see if it's ok..

seems that one of your shift keys either is stuck or you are using the sticky button disability assistance feature of windows

see if you can unstick your shift keys, see if numbers come symbols like pressing 3 will lead to # and 4 to $

you might have some dirt or fluff stuck underneath it, use a hairdryer to blow the keys, this should help if not take the cap lock key off, and clean underneath it

just check the installation process in your computer
open control pannel, then open the slot for keyboard, and check its properties, you may have changed any command in that. try it u may get a solution to your problem

but any ways if you have some issues with it,uninstall the keyboard and its software and install it again.
see if it works.
