I have been practising yoga now for around three years and would consider myself at intermediate level. I attend a regular Ashtanga yoga class and have quite few DVDs for my home practise (Rodney Yee total Body) (Katie appleton) but am getting a little bored of doing the same ones. can any one recommend a good challenging workout. Thanks :)

Rodney Yee has more DVD's, including Intermediate Yoga and Advanced Yoga.

If you would like a serious Ashtanga practice, try Richard Freeman's DVD's, including The Primary and Intermediate series. This video was made a long time ago, so while you may not have a professional production and music like Rodney Yee's video, Richard Freeman has amazing form and gives clear instuctions, yet very challenging.
