If you have put water in with the coolant/antifreeze you will slightly dilute the mixture already in there. If it is now overfull (over the max line) the system will automatically dump the excess down a pipe to the road from the expansion tank when the engine next runs hot.

You say that you accidentally put water in there, it sounds like you were after the windscreen washer bottle, if so be careful.
If you should take the cap off the cooling system when the engine has been or is running and is hot - the cooling system is pressurised and you could get badly scalded.

You will only dilute the antifreeze strength by an insignificant amount - no harm done. Ive run engines with only water in the cooling sysem during summer months. Rest easy.

Nothing. The coolant is a 50-50 mix of water and anti-freeze.

The coolant is supposed to be a mixture of water and antifreeze. So a drop of water will most deffinately not be bad.

If you mean the radiator, nothing will happen. It's a mix of 50/50 water to anti-freeze anyway.

Water and Antifreeze are in there already. A bit more water will not hurt.
