Close up shots of trees, plants etc. Always very good if you can find frost or snow as they make perfect shots. Mist or reflections on water are good too.

Good question!
I too am always looking for new and different subjects, the best solution I have found is to invest in a good monthly photography magazine.
There's usually something different in there and most now have a web site to back up the mag containing other readers shots etc.
What with winter approaching now is the time to be even more inventive, with still life and macro shots.
Good Luck

sunsets are nice for photos, anything with good mood and lighting efects. depends on where you live really, if you are lucky enough to live near a beach then that would be nice either late at night under the stars or early in the morning when the sub is just rising. also clouds are nice.
insects and animals, anything you like really just make sure you get good lighting and dont fill the whole pic with just one big thing, its boring. make sure you fill a landscape pic with the whole of the scenery and if your doing portrait then add plenty of umph in it otherwise it will be too basic. good luck and have fun

For crying out loud, what do they teach people at school these days. SUBJECT - what do you think the SUBJECT means. By all means use your back yard or an item in it. Take the pictures during the day so that it shows the light falling on it from the various different angles during the day.

If you could get any good shots of the reclusive American writer and poet, Linda J Cirillo, then your career would be made.

I do nude photography of statues. The model does not move or age and does not ask for a modelling fee.
