2 sets of 50 if you do them properly.

It all depends on you; if you'd rather get them all out the way in one go, do the full 100 in one hit. The only problem with this is that towards the end (when your muscles are fatiguing), you're likely to lose form in the exercise which will reduce the effectiveness of the exercise. Your best bet is to do 50 slow, really well controlled sit ups/crunches each day; you'll work your abs really well and get the results you desire quicker!

It is better to do 100 situps than 20 every 15min.
If you did 20 every 15 min. you would be doing 7200 a day.

Neither....the best thing would be do a set of about 75% of your MAXIMUM. In other words, if you can do a maximum of 20 situps in a row, DO SETS OF 15.

Then do 3-4 sets resting ONLY 1-2 MINUTES in between!

Your supposed to do reps of 15 then take a few minutes break. Don't over do it start off with 2 reps of 15 then build it up to more.

niether if you want a really cool six pack or just even a flat stomach, lower your reps right down to about 6-7 and sets of about 2-3 but use a weight across your chest to make it alot more difficult, you need to target the lower fibres of you muscles, as the top ones get used every day, trust me it works.

probably 100 situps in one go, but if you think you can't do it, try 50, then take 15, it helps, you just need to push yourself

Better to split them into 'sets' with rest period in between. This will allow blood and oxygen to reach the muscle during the rest period. I would say, do 35 in each set, with 10 minutes in between.

Hmm... Well how you build muscles is by pushing your muscles to do more than they can do, comfortably! But it is consistency that has more of an effect. If you find what you can easily as in 30 sit ups then push to do 40 and up this as your muscles increase.. I hope that answers your question.
