depends on location & nature of business, eg if you produce lots of waste paper, sawdust, compostable material then a bio-digester.
Does the warehouse need to be heated, or chilled? eg fruit & veg.
If you are near a stream then hydro. any local geo-thermal? wind, solar?
The best design method to help come up with a suitable sustainable for your situation is Permaculture.

when you say "cheap" what do you mean, cheap to install or run, install yourself or with volunteers, cost to local environment and community etc. eg a waste incinerator may be cheap but will not help your local approval rating.

You could use a turbine and/or solar panels.

One of the most efficient ways is CHP (combined heat and power). Which uses a large proportion of the heat available on burning to produce electricity and heating.

you could buy power from a 'green' supplier. There are several around that only buy power from green sources

I do what I can think of - 1. I have a lot of those spiral light bulbs. 2. I recycle every thing that is metal, paper, and plastic. 3. I never leave the water running and always do full loads of laundry and dishes. 4. I do not throw batteries in the trash. 5. I do not liter.
