This site has many printable activities and crafts and also links to many other sites that are good as well. I use this site for lots of things. Check it out and see if it helps you too.
The home page is:

Ask parents to help by donating supplies. Most parents can at least help with this if not any other way.

I hope this helps.

you can make paper chains from red and green paper, draw a snowman and glue cotton balls to it, take cookie cutters dipped into paint, make a snow scene on black paper using cotton ball and white paint or use bubblewrap.trace the childrens foot in dark brown and trace hands in light brown and make a reindeer with help cut a snowflake and add glitter. can also take old christmas cards from last year glue front to a piece of consrtuction paper and let child or with your help write a message or can use front of christmas card and punch holes around for a lacing activity, hope this helps you out . i also work in childcare im in fact looking for sites for flannel/felt stories can you think of any i have thisquestion posted on here

Singing, games, Not free but, you could cut a christmas tree out of paper and have them tear little pieces of colored paper to put on the tree for decorations. Only cost would be the paper.
