Because a tattoo is a thing that will be on your body forever - unless you would like to spend a ton of money on laser removal - you should get a tattoo that you love (and will be proud of for your whole life), instead of something that will piss your mom off. It took me more than a year to find the pattern for my last tattoo, and I love it! I would NEVER get something done just to make my mom mad.
If you are hellbent on getting something that would piss your mom off, try the Manson swastika in the middle of your forehead, or perhaps something like the tribal tattoo that Mike Tyson got on his face. If you are really going for broke, get the full face tattoo and pierce the bridge of your nose (between your eyes) like 3 or 4 times and wear barbells across.
Seriously, though, wait to get a tattoo until you pick something that you love.

Whatever tat you have done should have some deep personal meaning to you as you will wear it the rest of your life (barring any removal procedure). The notion of "pissing off mum" is really not a good reason to become inked.
You can get many tattoos but, love her or not, you only get one mother.

There are less permenant methods to pursue if your intention is to piss of your parents, although that's more juvinile than I could possibly explain.
A tattoo is with you for life. The decision to get one should be a personal one, not a vindictive one. And any respectable tattoo artist would hear your reason and kick you out of his shop.
Grow up.

if your going to get a tattoo get it because you like it. when your mom's not around anymore all it will do is bring you pain when you see it. trust me I lost my mom 6 years ago. I don't feel good about all the time I stayed away or pissed her off. I regret the fact I didn't spend time with her. life's too short for stupidity.

Why would you want to make your mum mad??
And even if you do want to make her mad, getting a tattoo that she doesn't like wouldn't be the smartest idea
You will probably regret it when you get older, so save yourself the trouble and don't do it.
But if you still want to make her mad, tell her something like...you got arrested for streaking, or something...I don't know, just don't do the tattoo thing, trust me!
