Is this issua about war criminal justified to him alone?

There appear to be issues around the fairness of his trial. If these are contested then it could drag on for years and years. He is not the only tyrannt in the world and there are more than him guilty of war crimes.
Whether he will eventually be executed or not, or serve out a sentence somewhere (like Rudolph Hess) remains to be seen.

He is supposed to die by hanging as of now. There are many protests that the court did not adhere to the normal practices in the world of jurisprudence.and the accused saddam did not get a fair trial. Nobody knows what happens in the meanwhile. He may be hanged or may be given life sentence to live for life in jail. Let us watch and see.
Justification tohim alone is debatable. There are many people who have been more tyranical than him with more serious war crimes. But today the ruling is Survival of the fittest.

Death by hanging.

No he is not the only criminal, but he is the worse offender. He had the power to inflict OR stop the injustice. He choose to rule with force and brutality. Remember, the Bathe Party were Nazi Allies during WWII.

Saddam could never escape the guilty verdict because the trial was created to put him to death whether he was right or wrong.

The Rule was such, '1.The boss is always right. 2. If the boss is wrong, just refer to rule no.1'

And The Boss is USA.

What a joke.

But I believe Iraq needs a man like Saddam because of the nature of its people.

Guilty verdict means he will be hanged. Don't worry there are others who have been/are being tried right along w/ Sadam.
