I have read the 2 books too, Zana did come home didn't she but she was fighting to get Nadia out with the children.........I think if this would have happened it would have been in the papers.......haven't heard anything like.

Nadia is still in Yemen, i have finished reading the book yesterday and spent all morning searching foe answers as i found this reality very emotional.Although Zana keeps fighting for her sister's freedom Nadia as requested Zana to stop insisting she was happy with her life and she was no slave confirming that in her last interview i believe in 2002 since then no one else as heard from Nadia or Marcus Zana little boy.

It appears that the sister Nadia who was left behind, stayed by her own choice and does not want to change things.
