I'm guessing you mean Georgia but why not talk to a cop or a lawyer?

what? huh? gorgia or georgia? it's such a beautiful state - get the spelling right. driving laws of georgia or any state can be gotten by one of two ways: in person in any town within that state by going to the town hall. pay taxes? own real estate? that's where you'd find out about driving rules & regs within that state. OR, go on line by calling up the state first, gov't second (example: nys.gov); any variation thereof. i didn't know that going to school meant keeping your license but that sounds like a plan - i like it. keeps kids in school.
