Okay...met this guy, went out a few times and got along really well. He asked on Tuesday if I want to do something this week, I wrote back and said I'm free Thursday and haven't heard from him since. Do I write to him on the slim chance my message was lost in cyber space or is it likely he is just another game player?

Game player! DONT contact him again. Let him do the chasing. If he wants you, he'll persue you!

You sent him the text, now the ball is in his court- as another person said. If you text him, not only will you seem desperate, but if he is a game player you don't want to give him the satisfaction.

Make HIM work for you and not the other way around. If he is genuinely interested he will get in touch and if not, forget him and move on. Luckily you will have caught this early on and will be able to bounce back and meet someone worth your time and your texts!

Good luck!

I can´t say for sure he isn´t a player but hey u guys have gone out before and he asked u out. I guess there might be a reason why u haven´t heard from him, but i don´t think u should think the worst of him. If i were u, i´ll write and asked why and also to find out if all is well with him.

I think you should give it another go - 2 or 3 texts is cool, he might be playing hard to get - or may have even genuinly forgot (we men are simple!) - just don't turn into some pscho texting and calling loads!

I say text today asking if he was free to meet tonight, if no reply maybe try once more - but I'm sure he'll reply!

I'd write saying "I know I said I was going to be free tonight but I just wanted to let you know some thing's come up. Could we try and organise another time?" Act like you were going to meet up anyway, not that you didn't hear anything from him. Play it cool - hopefully he'll answer you but I think if you don't hear from him after this prompt you might need to forget him and move on. Hope he responds - good luck.

Send him another message - you only live once and have nothing to loose. Just something simple like - did you still fancy meeting up - I am free tonight. Let me know x

Short, sweet and to the point. If you get no reply - then move on.

Perhaps he's not a player... perhaps he's just not interested.

Personally I always find it better to pluck up the courage and talk rather than message, that way you know for definate that you've been heard.

If you really like him you should give him another chance. He was the one to ask you in the first place so maybe he didn't get the message you sent.

To day is Thursday and he may not have received your message. Call him and ask him what he's doing tonight.
