Try a liquid soap, such as Dove... that brand has many types.
I use the hydrating one with the pink lid, it is the first soap I have found that doesn't make me feel all dried out.

If your skin is sensitive, try Cetaphil - it's a mild, non-foaming cleanser that's very gentle. I use it for my face since my skin dries easily, but you can also use it for your body. It takes some getting used to, though, because not many people like the feeling of smoothing on a substance that doesn't foam.

Well, I am using this bath gel called Petalsence.. i think it works great and is great for my baby's soft skin as well..
Unlike most pdts of 5.5PH balance, it cleans really effectively and has a really nice smell as well ;)

Soap is not always the best thing for having soft skin.....some soap free cleansers are better....it all depends on your skin type.

I am not sure what soft skinned is, but I like liquid body washes such as Dove.
