... before I see any improvement? My pharmacist said this should improve my overall sense of well-being.

I've been on about seven different dosage strengths in the past eight years. It can change, so if your symptoms come back after being resolved, speak to your doctor again.

After about one month: the blood tests should show some results and even the small improvements are encouraging, also the negative side effects, if any, should become apparent by then. Good luck.

Six weeks is when you should notice an improvement. You are on an extremely low doze. Do you have Graves Disease?
