According to scripture Jesus will not be born again and will never set foot on earth, but will come in the clouds, with a shout, the voice of the archangel, a trumpet will sound, he will come in flaming fire, and the saved will be caught up with him in the air.

Second Coming of Christ:
The second coming of Christ is the blessed hope of the church, the grand climax of the gospel. The Saviour's coming will be literal, personal, visible, and worldwide. When He returns, the righteous dead will be resurrected, and together with the righteous living will be glorified and taken to heaven, but the unrighteous will die. The almost complete fulfillment of most lines of prophecy, together with the present condition of the world, indicates that Christ's coming is imminent. The time of that event has not been revealed, and we are therefore exhorted to be ready at all times. (Titus 2:13; Heb. 9:28; John 14:1-3; Acts 1:9-11; Matt. 24:14; Rev. 1:7; Matt. 24:43, 44; 1 Thess. 4:13-18; 1 Cor. 15:51-54; 2 Thess. 1:7-10; 2:8; Rev. 14:14-20; 19:11-21; Matt. 24; Mark 13; Luke 21; 2 Tim. 3:1-5; 1 Thess. 5:1-6.)

His race matters not. There's only one race - the human race.
Jesus Christ fulfilled His promise to return in 1844. All the signs from the Bible have been witnessed if viewed with a spiritual eye.
1. “Verily I say, this is the Day in which mankind can behold the Face, and hear the Voice, of the Promised One. The Call of God hath been raised, and the light of His countenance hath been lifted up upon men. It behoveth every man to blot out the trace of every idle word from the tablet of his heart, and to gaze, with an open and unbiased mind, on the signs of His Revelation, the proofs of His Mission, and the tokens of His glory.
Great indeed is this Day! The allusions made to it in all the sacred Scriptures as the Day of God attest its greatness. The soul of every Prophet of God, of every Divine Messenger, hath thirsted for this wondrous Day. All the diverse kindreds of the earth have, likewise, yearned to attain it. …”
2. “The time foreordained unto the peoples and kindreds of the earth is now come. The promises of God, as recorded in the holy Scriptures, have all been fulfilled. Out of Zion hath gone forth the Law of God, and Jerusalem, and the hills and land thereof, are filled with the glory of His Revelation. …
In the Book of Isaiah it is written: ‘Enter into the rock, and hide thee in the dust, for fear of the Lord, and for the glory of His majesty.’ No man that meditateth upon this verse can fail to recognize the greatness of this Cause, or doubt the exalted character of this Day – the Day of God Himself. This same verse is followed by these words: ‘And the Lord alone shall be exalted in that Day.’ This is the Day which the Pen of the Most High hath glorified in all the holy Scriptures.” -Baha’u’llah

Jesus has already been born a Jew, and when he returns he will be returning as a King. It doesn't matter what race he is, or you are.
He died for us all, and through him only can we have everlasting life.
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Not "IF"..but "WHEN"!
He was born into the line of David, so he did have a Jewish Mother, His Father was God, so no matter what He comes back as, it doesn't matter what race He would be, as He is the Savior for all people.

Jesus has been born as a man and died and resurrected, he will not be 'born' again as an infant but he will return.

He wouldn't be born, he would descend from Heaven. As he was Jewish, I'm thinking, he's still Jewish.

What race would He be? The Bible doesn't say.
And no, it would not matter anyway.
