had a mild slipdisc before.i think it has reocurred.dont want to go to doc.any other solutions.pls help?

actually i stopped taking my tabs that were recommended for 3 months only took 1 month meds.this is the third time it has reoccured

take pain meds...preferably anti-inflammatory...and muscle relaxers or percogesic...rest some and don't do whatever caused this problem!

Just take a rest for about 2 or 3 days and you'll feel better.
