wil his chest ever going to shrunk? pretty sure thats not gonna happen it cannot shrunk in the future as that occurs in the past. Will it shrink? I haven't a clue if he eats less he may lose weight around his chest so the amount of fat around it will shrink not shrunk but his chest will never physically be smaller, ( actually i lie, we tend to shrink with old age so it may shrink.)

Shrunk suggests it's in the past and going to suggests future so not possible unless your Friend Chris has a time machine.

If he loses weight it will go away, depending on how big he is and how much he loses he might have to deal with excess skin for the rest of his life or have surgery to correct it.
