Salmon Tagliatelle cut fresh salmon into small cubes cook in a little butter with 2 tbs brandy & half a carten of double cream & simmer for 5 mins boil some water when boiling rapidly put in the tagliatelle boil for 20 mins drain on to a plate & pour the salmon over the taglaitelle it tastes great

That's a tough question because I am Italian. My all time favorite was my mothers eggplant parm. Then I guess it would be tripe which I don't eat that often. Whats yours?
