If you're not seeing any sores, but are itchy and have a bit of discharge, you could possibly have a yeast infection/thrush.
Here are a couple of links on thrush. They list causes, symptoms, treatments and prevention:
http://www.webmd.com/hw/skin_and_beauty/hw139071.asp
http://www.womenshealthlondon.org.uk/leaflets/thrush/thrush.html
There are over-the-counter medications that you can use, BUT... the best thing to do is to see a gynecologist or family practice physician for a proper diagnosis. They would be best at assessing your situation.
Best to you!

Definately sounds like thrush, dont worry this is a common problem, first of all wear only cotton underwear until the symptons go, you can buy creams or things that can be inserted which work really quick, and go get some natural yoghurt and smother the area with it, this does really work. If the symptons are still there after you've tried all of this then you will have to go visit the doc. Good luck, dont worry.

It sound like thrush or a water infection! Go see your doc straight away, if you think it is thrush you can buy canesten over the counter and your thrush will be gone 2-3 days.
Good luck

sound very much like thrush to me. Over the counter treatments could be your first approach. Something like canesten duo. If this doesn't help see your gp.

try cream from chemist for fungal infection to cover thrush. try using only hypoallergenic soaps and shower gels, and use non- biological washing powder. if symptoms persist, go get checked at a g.u. clinic.

you could have thrush or at the worst a STD -- go sit in a bath with 2 tablesppons baking soda in it (yep you read right) and avoid all soaps and smelly "stuff" down there till it settles.
