I agree with Estee - James Bond is a really good theme. We had a Bond party last New Year and it was really successful. It gives everyone a chance to glam up without having to think of embarassing stupid costumes. "i'm a Celebrity" is also good - just safari shorts and red body warmers with your name on the back. The food can be themed too.

This is a Christmas Party? Most men dress up as shepherds with tea-towels on their heads, the women dress up as the virgin Mary, in blue, heads covered, three of the men could sport crowns and the boss could be King Herod, in all his splendour. Anybody who doesn't comfortably fit into the male/female slot should come as angels.

what about a james bond theme as it has been such a huge success, men can dress up as 007 & the girls can wear cocktail dresses (you are bound to get a 007 in the famous speedos..from the sea scene in the film which could be hilarious!! ) they dont even have to be from this years james bond you can dress up as characters from all the james bond films..***** galore..gold finger!! etc...have cocktails such as slippery nipple & sex on the beach as little fun extras!! and have a finger buffet..with mini flans & cheap but sophisticated food like profiterols!! Hope to be of some help!! XX

Do an Oscar's type party. Everyone can wear black tie and go as their favorite celebrity couple and/or single celeb. Serve lavish food and drink (not sure of your budget). If you can, give out "awards" to the most productive, most punctual, best lunch, etc. Give the award the name of your company, ie. if your comapny's name is Target call the awards "Targies".

James Bond theme as the new film has just come out. So girls can glam up and boys can were suits /black tie. You could even play on that theme as people could come dressed as villains from the bond movies or even incorporate a touch of austin powers for fun...you could even make it a cassino night as you can hire all the stuff for that. Drinks will be martini shaken not stirred (i think thats right!) champagne (as if your boss will fork oout for that!). Have fun!
