You should see a doctor ASAP, it could be an infection or a tumor.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I would go and get it checked out...you might have a infection / cyst from the spinal tap..usually u do get headaches, but to be safe I would go to the docs

Go back to your doc and have him run some more test something is not right and if he cant figure it out go to another and another until they find out what is wrong this could be something seriously wrong. Have you had your thyroid checked that's a possibility. take care of yourself and get to the bottom of this ASAP.

Well it could be anything from a herniated disc to a tumor or some growth, I would get it checked out if I were you.

Did you hurt your neck recently? It could be a pulled muscle, bulging disk, cyst,.......
