Boiling milk in home definitely deteriorate some nutrients. The milk from stores are already boiled that is pasteurized at 73-75 degree celsius. It is done to avoid spoilage of milk due to some enzymes and disease causing organisms. we can slightly heat the milk in home for preparation of coffee or tea no need to boil ofcourse we can drink as such from the packet. Now a days UHT milk (ultra high temeperature) can be stored in domestic refrigerators 6 months too,

Drinking boiling milk is an age old process. Our ancestors were not fools. They had lived deriving items from nature. They devised this process of boiling milk and certainly there is some wisdom behind it. If it reduces nutitional value, they would not have done it. By the way, drinking unboiled milk can give you a real bad stomach.

If you're talking about pastuerized milk.. no
cause that's already happened when it went
through pastuerization.
If you're talking about milk unpastuerized like
milk straight from the cow.. if you boil that yes
you will lose some nutritions from the milk!

Most of the milk you get from your grocer is already pasteuirised. so there is no difference in the nutrients if it is boiled or not. it does not harm you drinking boiled or straight out of bottle.
yes in the olden days, people used to get the milk straight from the cows.. then it was really advisable to boil to kill any unwanted germs...

my answer: it depends.
what is my reason ?
fat droplets in vitamins A and D, while the watery part contains small amounts of vitamins B2, which is known as riboflavin, and as well as vitamin C.
unfortunately, some of these vitamins may be DESTROYED through EXPOSURE TO SUNLIGHT, IMPROPER COOKING and HEAT TREATMENT given to milk.
cooking milk:
improves the keeping quality of milk as bacteria that causes souring are killed. besides destroying bacteria, cooking may also destroyed whatever vitamin C and B-group vitamins in it.
