England was the former name of the UK we know of today. Usually, its hard to come by people who use the name 'England'. The popular name regularly used is now United Kingdom. England was used during the Royal Family's Glory before the first man walked the moon. Although, both England and UK are just one country, people just use different names. Thus, London is a capital of UK and England. It is up to you, which name suits best. Everything depicts one country.

I believe that the United Kingdom and England are the same. London is a city in England, so I don't see how that is exactly the same as UK.

London is a city in England. England is one of four countries that comprise the United Kingdom. (The other three are Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.)

The relationship between London, England, and the UK is similar to the relationship between Dallas, Texas, and the USA.

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_kingdom for more about the UK.
