i've had 2 bouts with cancer breast and lung. yrs. 2000 and 2004.my doctors are calling these lesions.

Anterior-situated at or directed toward the front; opposite of posterior.
Lesion-a site of structural or functional change in body tissues produced by disease or injury.

I am having a tough time understanding what you typed, but I am assuming you want to know what the anterior of an organ means.....it is the front side...towards your front.

It is the adrenal gland. This sits just above the kidneys. Unfortunately adrenal gland is the most popular destination of cancer when it spreads. Be prepared.
