Nobody "catches" AIDS. However, one can "catch" HIV which may progress to AIDS.
It *is* theoretically possible to contract HIV orally. However, there have been *NO* confirmed cases of HIV transmission through oral sex and the risk of this type of transmission is very, very low.

If you are performing oral sex on someone, there's a theoretical chance of infection because if you have open sores or bleeding in your mouth, HIV may enter your bloodstream through those openings. I think there may have been a few documented cases of transmission via this route, but they are rare because the saliva in the mouth and the acids in the stomach will kill the virus unless it can be absorbed quickly into the mouth.
If you are having oral sex performed on you, it's theoretically possible if the person performing the oral sex has HIV and has bleeding in their mouth and you have open sores on penis, but this method of transmission is highly unlikely and there have been no reported cases of HIV transmission via receptive oral sex. Some European countries take the position that the lack of documented cases means that oral sex is safe. The US tends to emphasize the theoretical risk and is reluctant to call oral sex safe sex.

Theoretically - maybe. If an infectious part of the virus comes into contact with an open sore or wound on another person's mouth, it could potentially happen. However, usually saliva kills HIV before it can infect someone.
There is no record out of the thousands of reported cases of HIV of anyone having ever gotten HIV this way though. It is always from direct bodily fluid sharing, like shared needles, sexual contact, or a mother giving it to her fetus.

If there are open sores in the mouth, there is a possibility, if your mouth comes in contact with the other's.
