Put on some relaxing music (whatever is relaxing to you), get some kind of aroma going (candles, incense, potpourri), sit/lay in whatever position is comfortable for you, close your eyes, and take slow, deep breaths. Your breaths should be "in, one, two; out, one, two." However, be sure not to hold your breath. Just inhale for two seconds and exhale for two seconds.
P.S. 120 is not that bad. The average heart rate of an adult is 60-100 beats per minute, so if you think about it, yours is only an extra 5 beats every 15 seconds.

Take deep breaths and focus on your breathing to calm down. Think of good thoughts like something happy in your life.
The more you worry and feed in negative thoughts in your mind, you'll increase your panic attack and heart beats more. So reverse your thoughts into positive ones.

take a bubble bath, with relaxing music. Before bed drink warm milk, and pray, so you will feel more ready to go to bed and have a good night sleep. if you can go to the church that would help to find peace..

don't be nervous as of yet. try to relax..put music that you like on and try to forget your worries. if the doc tells you something negative, then do everything possible after the visit to amend the problem. hope this helps!
