Liver pudding is a Pennsylvania Dutch recipe. It is GREAT heated up and placed on pancakes! I live in California--no liver pudding to be found!

John's Sausage has the very best. They are in Maiden, N. C.;
Mack's Sausage in Shelby;

I personally don't like Neese's (Charlotte, NC) because too much corn meal.

For the dorks who answered above about the quality of this product or taste -- they eate pate and all Liver Pudding or Liver Mush is southern pork pate. If you haven't had it then don't knock it. Also, it is somewhat like Scrapple from Pennsylvania - just so much better. Good eatin' fried up nice and crisp!
