Going to get some Chinese food today. Anyone know which is better...brown rice or chow mein (the one w/ noodles/veggies)??
Thanks!

Brown rice is healthier, but I don't like it. Go for the chow mein. And get me some crab rangoon while your at it.

Throw them in the general direction of California. I'll be waiting. :)

I didn't know Chinese sold brown rice. Since I am Asian, the rice is white (not brown) so you better go with the chow mein because the server will look at you like you are a strange person asking for brown rice.

Chow mein is with the one with the celery and the brown rice can have all kinds of things in it (usually pork). I love the chow mein
