Having resumed smoking cigarettes after 18 years of non smoking, I am having a tough time quitting again. I once read about sleep therapy and have convinced myself that if I could sleep safely for 2 or 3 days, I would not take up the disgusting habit of smoking afterward. Can anyone help?

I don't think so that "sleeping therapy" can stop a person's smoking habits...The habits of smoking can be cured by so many other ways...like sending smoker to classes, seminars and etc....
