Well, I found a website that has recipes for all sorts of Italian Soups. Unfortunately, they all have American names on them. Perhaps you can go through the list of soups on this and see if one of these is what you are seeking.

It's not a soup.
I think you're looking for cappelletti, a kind of homemade pasta with a little pocket of meat, from the region Emilia-Romagna in north-east Italy, you eat it with a capon broth (chicken broth is fine either).
You should look for cappelletti in brodo, there are many online websites with the recipe, I don't promise you the recipe in English are alike the one in Italy, Americans change a lot of original Italian dishes.
