I thought this was the vegetarian/vegan section... why are people saying turkey?
Anywho, I'm having Tofurkey w/stuffing, vegan mashed potatoes, green beans & other veggies, cornbread, cranberry sauce, vegan apple pie, organic apple cider, and making a vegan Pumpkin bundt cake (better than the vegan pumpkin pie I made a few weeks ago) with tofutti vanilla "ice cream" and soyatoo whipped cream!

Well I already had Thanksgiving (In Canada it was Oct. 10) however I usually eat everything but the turkey- mashed potatos, green beans, yams and fettuticine- also chick peas are fun. and I eat a mushroom based gravy.
Yummy. I'm hungry- I miss Thanksgiving- one year left :(

We just moved, and this year, I am keeping the menu down to the very basics -- turkey and ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, relish tray, cranberry sauce, and green bean casserole. I've got pumpkin and peach pies for dessert, and that's what they wrote. Nothing fancy.
