I quit smoking 1 month and 19 days ago.....so why don't I feel any better? My ears are clogged, I can't sleep at night but I'm always tired. I just don't feel like "myself" anymore. WHY????????

first off let me congratulate you on the fact that you've stop smoking smart decision. Well i think that you don't feel good since you stop smoking your body isn't use to it yet. your body is prob still getting use to you not smoking don't worry about it with time you will feel better. CONGRATS

Great job keep resisting those cancer sticks. Your body still needs to wean it self off even after all this time that you have quite. With your sleeping, drink some milk, not cold or hot but at room temperature, take a bath then put the AC as low as you can stand. THat usually helps people. But what every you do don't start again.

i have a friend that he just went throught the same thing, and after 10 weeks of quitting smoking we was with sinus ( which he never had when he smoked) and had a lot of things...
I think is somehow a way of the body to claim to go back smoking again.. PLS DONT!!

because smoking is an ADDICTION....it took my friend 5 years before he felt comfortable and untempted...it'll take time~
