Please go to a doc and have a check up. This may be due to gastric too. bt no one can predict, wat the exact reason is. So i could suggest you to better have a check up.

I believe that you are saying that you experience discomfort in your chest as you would have no way to determine if this were in fact from the heart. Your description almost certainly indicates that the discomfort is from the muscles in the chest wall and not related in any way to the heart. You should consult a physician if the pain becomes more severe, more frequent, of longer duration, related to physical activity, is associated with shortness of breath, and if you must stop and rest due to pain.

You should go to a multi-speciality hospital and undergo Tread mill test (TMT). If you have any heart complaints, then you will feel heart pain and the same will be recorded in ECG simultaneously. You should also check cholesterol (profile). If cholesterol (LDL, Triglycerides and serum cholesterol) is above normal, then you should try to reduce the same by diet, exercise and drugs. High cholesterol level in the blood may lead to Coronary artery disease.
Please see the webpages for more details on Treadmill, Cholesterol test and Coronary Heart disease.

heard it could be heatiness in the body too.

after the 1st. mild pain, have a cold drink and see if it helps to prevent another mild pain within the hour.

ps: focus on your breathing for a minute or so too.

chest pains cant be localized to the heart, so this pain may or may not be cardiac in origin. If it interferes with your lifestyle, or is a concern for you, discuss it with your primary care provider.
