lay on your side. If you snore you may have (osa) obstructed sleep apnea. Are you tired during day, after night of sleep.This is a major medical crisis that is going on. The aveage medical Student gets only 1.5 hours of training during medical school. The risk for motality is more for those who snore.

Don't even mention it!!!My last holiday was a nightmare because I shared a double room with my cousin.Never ever!She snored for the all week and I couldn't get a whole night of sleep.Anyway I know there are some kind of plasters to put on the nose to get rid of it.

Well, in my case. I the sound of my snoring is like ten truck run full speed at the same time.
I don't believe it is my nose but my throat. The sound comes from my throat. I know I am not answering the question but perhaps this symptoms can help you find more info.

CPAP machine. Continuous Positive Airway Pressure. Most people that snore and stop breathing have sleep apnea.

check for sleep apnoea this may be causing the snoring. If you have that then use CPAP machine( Continuous Positive Air Pressure Machine)

Get evaluated by a respiratory therapist for sleep apnea! Then if it is warranted get a CPAP machine! it will totally eliminate snoring!!!

jogg and exercize more frequently or get a nose job the air passageways may be obstructed because of the size of your nose.
