I'm looking to rent and I will be working in a nightclub!!!

Would like to be as near as town as possible!!

Sandbanks (mentioned above) is lovely, but is the most expensive seaside property in Britain (see http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/low/england/dorset/4399148.stm).

It depends really upon how much money you want to spend and what kind of area you want.

The area between Bournemouth and Poole around Branksome and Parkstone is very pretty, heavily wooded with some lovely parkland and quite quiet with easy parking.

It's relatively easy to get in to town by bike, train or car.

That's where I'd look to be living if I moved down there (and I may do at some point soon with work).

Not really a place if you want a lively night-life however - I'll let others offer advice if that's what you're after.

Sandbanks, great houses, Louise and Jamie Redknapp live there. Close to town as well, happy hunting.
