i would say get those breathing strips from the local pharmacy. I snore all the time when i sleep or at least that's what my wife says

Nearly all cases of recent onset of snoring are caused by swelling inside the nose. This is extremely common especially at this time of the year. The solution is to have a physician look inside your nose and if you do evidence swelling the physician will prescribe a cortico steroid nasal spray. Although not cheap they are very effective and virtually devoid of side effects.

Check your weight as well. Weight gain causes sudden onset of snoring.

if you never snored until recently , then started snoring al the time dontcha think its a GOOD IDEA TO SEE A DOCTOR????

never, even, when, You might have sleep apnea you need to check with your Dr. about this as it is very dangerous You could stop breathing at night and not recover They give you a simple test and if you have it then you have to use oxygen at night be sure to not wait and get it checked out
