I noticed while I was in the shower this morning that I tasted blood in my mouth. When I spit there was a little bit of blood. I coughed a little and green mucus came up but there was not blood in it. I usually have a little drainage in the morning. I spit a little more when brusing my teeth and there was a little blood, but the mucus coming up does not have blood in it should I be concerned. I could not find anything in my mouth that could be bleeding.

Yes you should be concerned. Coughing up any blood is a serious warning signal. Green mucus indicates infection. The blood may not be in the mucus every single time you cough it up. Please see a doctor ASAP.
