Are you sure that she has AIDS, or do you just think that she's nasty? Don't start something that you can't prove. Your friend will end up hating you for it.
If she has it, and you know it to be a fact, just tell him that "rumor has it", and that you think that both of them need to be tested for possible STD infection. If he wasn't your friend, you wouldn't care. Make sure he knows that.
If you're not sure, though, tell him that you're not so sure about her sexual health (i.e. she sleeps around, doesn't look healthy, or uses drugs on a regular basis), and that you think that he should get tested and take her with him.
That keeps you from looking like you're being vindictive.

If it is the truth that she has AIDS (most likely she has HIV, if she had AIDS she wouldn't have the energy to have sex...do your homework, there is a BIG difference between the two, you should know better!) and she hasn't told him and they are having sex, she legally can be held responsible. She could be sent to prison for attempted manslaughter depending on the state or country you live in.

I think the best you can do is just accept her for who she is and what shes done. She knows what she is doing and it's her problem and she will decide if she wants to fix it or not. Just stay her friend and be there for her. When people are sluty it's because they have a deeper emotion inside they are trying to fill.

Just be like " We need to talk about your girl. A while ago she slept with this guy I know who has AIDS, so most definately she contracted the virus as well. I just wanted to let you know, so you can be safe and protect yourself".

If she really has aids, then you just tell him and soon. Why wait around and risk your friend to the chance of contracting something.

If you know that your friend is sexually active with someone who is HIV positive, it is really your duty as a friend to let him know. I would suggest he visit a doctor or the local STD clinic for an HIV test. You can usually find organizations in your community which offer HIV testing for free and confidentially.
