My boy you can get far more than STD's by doing that. But yes, you can get HIV as people often have some skin breaks in that area and Hepatitis C. You can also get Hepatitis A and B as well as a very serious bacterial infection, parasites, and the likes.
You really just shouldn't stick your tongue in places like that.

It's very unlikely. The only thing you can get from a toilet seat is crabs but you should be careful because there are other bacterias that are found in public restrooms. STD's are passed through fluids though. You just need to watch where you're sitting.

All sorts! HIV if there's a transfer of fluids, which there might be if the person has hemmoroids.
Not only HIV, but most commonly is e-coli infection, because the e-coli bacteria are found in feces and that's where it comes out from!

What ever STD's your partner might have in is anal/rectal area you could catch from rimming unless you use a dental dam.
