It's probably best to read the temp recommendations that usually come with medications. In some cases it's not a good idea to allow medications to get too cold or hot b/c it affects the compounds of the medications. And the vapor that comes out of the nebulizer is usually cool, the 'chilled' medication may be too cold for the recipient.

Do not give ANY medication other than albuterol, or other prescribed for the nebulizer through a nebulizer. Each medication is made to be utilized by the body in a specific way, i.e., cold medication is made to be ingested through the stomach and intestines. Also, it is made with other chemicals to make it taste good, etc. that is potentially harmful to the lungs directly.

Please call your pharmacist or any pharmacist at a local drug store, Walgreens, CVS, etc. (most are open 24-7) for more info.

First of all you do not need to put the meds for your nebulizer in the fridge and second it should be ok.
