Hands down....Indian cuisine.

It is the hottest spiciest food around...it is so full of aromatic spices, and is absolutely delicious. I love Lamb Vindaloo and Aloo Gobhi, and Masala Chai, and Aloo Choley.

It is comfort food for me.

Ethiopian Food - There is a restaurant in Boston - Addis Red Sea that provides the best setting for it. The food is served in a communal atmosphere. Everyone shares, of course the servers bring you nice warm wash cloths before you start. The platters are covered with a flat bread and small mounds of delicious food are organized on top. The food ranges from spicy and hot to tasty but not spicy, mostly curries or saucy stews.
I have surprised many friends with this style of food, somewhat leery to start they quickly open up to it.
If you enjoy Indian or Thai, find an Ethiopian Restaurant and try it you will be surprised and love the experience.

I love Thai curry, but unfortunately Thai food is generally so spicy that I can only eat occasionally. I usually go out to an authentic Thai restaurant with some friends every couple of months. I always look forward to it just because I eat more common ethnic foods all the time. It's nice to have something different like that.

Real Cajun food is good to (but again the spice!)

Damn, now you got me hungry.

Japanese and Indian!

Japanese - I love really fresh food and Japanese restaurants always have the freshest fish. Also, nothing beats a good bowl of miso soup!

Indian - The perfect comfort food! Lots of spices assure you are always going to have a very flavorful dish, while the substance of the food keeps you feeling full and satisfied long after the meal is done.

Depends on the day. But I am partial to Chinese and Italian. Although Mediterranean cooking, Greek in particular, is to die for.
