There is no cure for diabetes. Only medication to treat the disease. You should talk to your doctor about diet, exercise, etc to help keep your blood sugar from the extreme highs and lows.
There are NO herbal or homeopathic medicines for diabetes. If you come across one that says that their products will CURE it......it's a lie. These companies get in big trouble all the time for putting out those false claims. People, who are desperate, will believe that and stop their medications believing in the "cure"....which doesn't exist. Some of them die, but they all become very sick.

There are quite a few Ayurvedic medicines which are very effective but main thing first is to regulate your food and regular exercise. Without this, medicines alone cannot control diabetese.Make up your mind, first.

My wife is a Diabetic patient and she was treated Bakson*s Homeopathetic clinic at Jubilee Hills, Hyd. They had charged for one years rtreatment Rs 6000/- in advance on the guarantee that complete illness will be removed. Now 1 year treatment is over, but, no relief. Hence I think Yoga exercises are the best remedy and also diet control.

Of course there is a cure for every dis-ease. First understand, what is the message your body is trying to give you through its apparent disease with the way you are living your life. Treat it as a gift, a genuine guidance from your body and then try to heal that dis-ease in yourself.
Physical disorder is just an external symptom of internal unrest and dis-order. Cure that and you would be thankful that your body is caring enough to guide you towards curing your life.
Try to read Louise Hay’s; You can Heal your life, or Anatomy of Spirit by Caroline Myss to find out what are the messages within.
Without understanding them you would have cure the illness using external medicine but not the dis-ease.

What you take to control your diabetes depends on what type you have.
Diabetes is split in to two groups; insulin dependant and non-insulin dependant. Non-insulin dependant is the most common.
There is no cure for diabetes; they are researching what can be done with pancreas transplants, and some people have been lucky enough to undergo this operation.
I would hope your doctor explained the disease to you when you were diagnosed. If not, there are plenty of resources out there and people happy to help.
I understand how difficult diabetes can be; I've had to take four injections a day for most of my life, and even now they can still be painful. But it is important to look after and maintain your blood sugar level (BSL) to avoid complications in the future.

There are many cures for diabetes.
There are many books of people who got well from diabetes.
In fact I started a website just for diabetes cures.
I hate the fact that the diabetes industry keeps saying there is no cure then they tell you it can only be controlled via their maintenance drugs and gadgets that siphon money from diabetics for the rest of their life.
Here it is, a work in progress:
http://finalcurefordiabetes.blogspot.com
No ads, no profits, only altruistic research.
(If you want ayurvedic point of view, see what andreas moritz has to say about diabetis, also in that same blog.)
