The British National Formulary (BNF) is published a couple of times a year and has info on all licensed UK meds including prices.
As they are published so often you may be able to acquire one from a friendly doctor, nurse or pharmacist when they get a new one otherwise they can be bought from good bookshops or check out www.bnf.org

The NHS are free, i think what you mean are prices for private hospitales not run under the NHS. Just look on google, and type in private hospitals in the area you live, or look through directories, and ring them directly,and they will send you out a list of prices or answer your query over the phone.

you need a Mims,Smiths the wholesalers might be able to get you one they come out monthly,maybe you could even google it
