Wow! You should see a doctor about getting something to alleviate your headache symptoms long enough for you to excercise and lose some of that tension. My wife used to get some wicked tension/stress headaches. She had to take Orudis KT to get rid of the headache long enough to function. She was also a Mt. Dew addict and the caffeine addiction was a major factor in the headaches also. Take some aggresion out while running, or stretching, or lifting some light weights. You body will thank you, stress will lower, blood pressure will lower, and you'll have more energy. Good luck.

I developed migraines while pregnant with my third daughter. I too went 4 days with a nonstop headache until I could get into the doctor who prescribed me meds. Nothing totally relieved but keeping all lights off and very minimal noise(which was almost impossible) did help a little.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I get those alot...maybe it's a migraine, I have never went to a Dr., but everyone tells me I should, (I think I might be a little scared) but anyway, try "Head-on", you know, "apply directly to the forehead" I use it, it is phenomenal, it gives you the feeling of having a cold pack on your head all day, get the one for migraine, and also get Excedrin migraine. Another thing that works for me is sinus medicine, sometimes the problem is my sinus's, then take Sudafed. Good Luck.....

You should see your doctor right away.....It could be high blood pressure! That is how mine was discovered.....just a constant headache! That is why they call it a silent killer...because people don't think it is serious enough with just a simple headache to see their doctor.....please go right away.

yea if its lasting this long it may be something like a tumor or some lesser known condition, but if not you can still get a diagnosis and a pain reliever so i recommend a doctor.

try to drop some stress. If your stress is coming from work, try to just forget it or not care at all while your not at work. If your stress is from home try to forget it when your not at home...... Get the picture?
