what a bloody silly name for a dog. He isn't a teddy bear or dolly. Give the animal a dignified name instead of a daft one.
Since he is oriental in origin why not find an oriental sounding name? I know someone who's lhasa is called 'Ah choo'.

Love the Frosty idea!
Sparkles is good but I'd get rid of the "mr" though you could call him that as a nickname sometimes, my dogs all have longer nick names ie 'grizz' or grizzly bear, and "bud" or buddy-bear when I'm playing and "loving on" them.

If you like the name & the puppy responds to it - then it is great ... especially when you abbreviate it to Sparky.
Your little Teddy sounds like a little Polar Bear Cub ... if he were mine I'd be tempted to call him that ... possibly Polar or Bear or Teddy for short.

When you look at him what comes to your mind. You may find that perfect name by it's characterists you see on him or an action. My daughter's has a tabby cat with four white paws, that was found on a golf course, and named it Putter.

my partners mum has two personally myself i like Steffie's and have 2 blue and white pied ones but my partners mum calls hers bailey and Bella and i have a friend that calls his Lhasa scruffy but i would name him on something that suits his character my staffs are called Pikey cause he is a gypsy and my partner named my other dog Gucci because she is a right poser and sensitive where as pikey comes in black and loves to chew my water feature s in the garden he is a right character lol gd luck
