My boyfriend says he believes in God, but doesn't believe in anything else it seems. He doesn't believe in miracles or that sometimes things happen for a reason and that there's a higher power at work...he chalks everything up to a simple coincidence. I don't understand this. If you believe in God shouldn't you believe in everything that goes along with it???

I can't imagine believing in God and then thinking that this God doesn't do anything. What's the point? Sounds like he has not really thought about what he believes in or why.

There are Alot of Children of GOD (been Born-Again) who Do Not Believe in Healing Miracles.
They Believe in Jesus, and Who Jesus was and is, but not Healing.
They are Going to Heaven Anyway.
Some of them will Leave Sick!
If you Believe in Jesus, but not Healing, you will make Heaven, but you will Have a Harder Time getting Well, and Staying Well.
Salvation is Two Parts:
1. Believe Who Jesus Said HE was and make Heaven your Home.
2. Believe the Rest of What Jesus Said in the Bible and "Work out you Own Salvation.
A. "your Own Salvation: deliverance from Sickness, Disease, Poverty, Accidents, freedom from Sin, the Curse, satan etc.

What Jesus did on the Cross Covers our Whole Experience down here on the Earth.

Part One: get your Spirit Recreated (Saved, Born-Again).
Part Two: work out your Own Salvation (Freedom from the BAD Stuff--might as Well Live Good while your a Child of GOD Still on the Earth!)
Hope this Helps.

America's founding fathers were Deists, not believing in the miracles, but in the moral teachings of the Bible.
